My sister and I went today for our first time. While my sister had her first massage with Olga 1 hour ( deep tissue) I had the Infrared Sauna for 20 minutes then on to Hand and Foot Detox for 30 minutes. We then met up for a 45 Salt Cave Session. We chose the large cave. When done, Gary (the owner) gave us a short tour. My sister gave Olga A++ Everything was excellent! Would highly recommend!

If you need a relaxing reset after a long week, a hangout plan with friends or family, or if you even have a free hour, I *highly* recommend that you come here! The facility is beautiful and pristine, and the owners are incredibly welcoming and sweet. I booked the private Cozy Cave with a red light therapy mat and it was a wonderful and rejuvenating experience. They also have a Himalayan salt bed imported from Italy, which I haven’t personally seen anywhere else, and an infrared sauna, amongst other services!

Amazing and relaxing place - easy to book, easy to find!! Each cave is great - in the larger cave, the floral + waterfall display was such a nice touch. Extra special shout out to Debbie who really made our experience so fun and relaxing. She is the kindest!

I have had the great pleasure of experiencing the Harmony Salt Cave now twice in one month and it is such a relaxing treat! Both times, I brought a girlfriend and we did the pairing of 45 min salt cave with 30 min hand/foot detox. The environment is very relaxing, and you feel rejuvenated coming out! The customer service is 5-star, Gary, Debbie and the rest of the team go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of and pampered. I can't wait to go back!

Came here to spend time with a friend. We did the pamper away package. It was perfect! There really is nothing else like this place in the area. The salt bed was such a cool experience and the salt room was the most beautiful one I’ve seen. Customer service was outstanding. Super clean!! You can’t beat the price either. Highly recommend.
